Best drive-thru customer service I've experience in a long time! I was very impressed by Sherri's genuine and personal interaction. The service she provided had that comforting southern hospitality- attentive, warm and authentic. After working a 14 hour shift, it makes the biggest difference having an interaction like this to end the day and have good food.

My significant other and I stopped by to get some food. Not only did the night shift employees get both of our orders wrong, when her and I went back up there to get the right orders they proceeded to give her the same sandwich but only added pickles to a cold chicken sandwich. So happens to be the same sandwich, same bag. Thats lazy work being done, very disappointed with our visit.

Abysmal service in the left lane. Took our order, told us to move forward then straight up ignored us for 20min only servicing the right lane orders in a timely manner. Took 15min for someone to even come get our card to pay.

Outstanding customer service from Rams! His vibe was different and very intriguing! Food wait time was off the charts and i will definitely be coming back! Hopefully Rams serves me again!🫂

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Stopped in for a meal and had a really good experience. The food was what you’d expect from Whataburger, but what stood out was the customer service. A gentleman, who may have been the owner or manager, came around to check on guests, make sure everyone had what they needed, and even cracked a few jokes along the way. That personal touch is something you don’t see very often anymore, especially at fast-food restaurants. It created a welcoming atmosphere and made the visit more enjoyable than just grabbing a quick burger. Great vibes, friendly service, and a team that seems to care about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be back. 🍔👍😄
